[flexcoders] Any recommendation for a commercial Flex 3 WYSIWYG rich text editor?

I am looking for a commercial Flex 3 WYSIWYG rich text editor, like for example 
this one:

And I need it to have the export-to-XHTML ability.

Any recommendation?
