Title: TemplateMonster.com
To answer your question, yes, they will work.

About 3 months ago, I had a Flash site I helped a company with on the coding side.  Additionally, I helped
changed the template they had utilized; I think it was from that site.

I suggest, however, you instead hire a designer who has work that you like, and get a production designer with knowledge of Flex and Flash to integrate the design into workable View's for your application.

Otherwise, you'll be paying serious money to someone who has both Flex development & Flash production art skills.  There is additional time factored into "cleaning up" those designs as well.  The template I worked on, while created by a talented designer, suffered from horrible technical practices, resulting in more time to change the interface to the client's whims, and add the necessarey code.

If I had to do it again, I would of hired the designer myself after confirming the technical requirements for the FLA, and then integrated the code in.

Does anyone know about www.templatemonster.com and if the templates can be integrated with Flex applications?

Thanks
