I actually had this problem with a student’s machine today. It turned out to be the configuration of the Flex Site in Flex Builder 1.5 was the problem. I know… weird. The service worked when hitting it directly, but when running the Flex app in a browser or in FB we would get this same error. Even restarting the machine didn’t work. We then adjusted the Flex Site in FB.
