No font embedding, font-family is Arial and both the testing and the
staging server are windows machines. Only difference is the OS (Windows
XP prof. SP 2 on testing system, Window 2003 Server on staging)

The staging server is a remote machine and I have no access right now
but I believe they use Jrun and deployed Flex on it (no integrated setup
there)
