Hi We announce completion of Contract Central, a product developed using Macromedia Flex 1.5, Java, Spring1.1.Hibernate 3.0, JSP and Oracle 9i.
Contract Central is developed for use in various departments of a company and aids businesses manage critical documents and processes like Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA). The product is completely workflow driven and allows users to create and manage NDA and SLA documents. PDF copies of the documents are generated automatically in the system and can be automatically emailed to internal or external users for approval/signature. Open design of the system allows addition of more documents and processes to Contract Central an easy exercise.
