I am trying to use a mx:Binding tag to collect the user's selection and put it into a model. No matter how I style the syntax, Flex gives me the "unknown property" warning. Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong, specifically: how to code this so the Binding tag handles the changes? I know I can write a function to collect the change and put the outcome into a bound variable, but I am trying to avoid scriplets in the .mxml files. Below is my code:
