[flexcoders] Licensing question for charting components

I haven’t seen this question asked before and I don’t see any information on the Flex web sites about this so I am hoping that someone here can answer my question.   I need to purchase Flex builder for 5 developers and they all need to use the Flex charting components to develop applications but NOT deploy them. For deployment we will use a dedicated build server and the SDK. This build server would then include a license for the Flex charting components.
