There are several AS2 model2code generators such as: http://www.darronschall.com/weblog/archives/000174.cfm http://www.codealloy.com/umlconverter.htm and some others I can't remember right now.
It will just be a matter of time untill someone updates one of the projects for AS3, and ideally for Cairngorm. I poked around on sourceforge, but did not see an started project.
