Can anybody define Adobe's definition of a CPU?

For example, we just purchased a new server with two dual core
processors in it. Is a dual core processor considered one CPU? or two?

On a more extreme level, Intel is shipping quad core CPUs at some
point, if you had two of those, technically the OS would see it as 8
CPUs... what is Adobe's stance on that?

Appreciate any input on this subject.

For purposes of this definition, all CPUs on a Computer on which the
Software is installed shall be deemed to operate the Software unless
Customer configures that Computer (using a reliable and verifiable
means of hardware or software partitioning) such that the total number
of CPUs that actually operate the Software is less than the total
number on that Computer.

costs so much that for small companies it would really mean one
central Enterprise version for all developers vs. Flex 1.5 model,
where each developer could have their own flex server ie. on laptop on
developer mode. This would really make things more complicated for
developers.
