[flexcoders] Flash embed object is showing up only for a small portion of the page

I'm not sure what I did but my Flex project embedded in the page all of a sudden started only showing up on half the page. The page is in a frameset so I'm trying to debug in both the master frame and the flex frame but I'm getting no where. Is there anyone that knows off hand what might be causing this?
