I use FB2 as well as Eclipse 3.2 without any problems. To be real safe
I modify the shortcut that starts Eclipse to specify which Java
version I want it to use. The Target field of my Eclipse short cut
looks like this:
C:\EclipseSDK\eclipse.exe -data c:\EclipseWS -vm %JAVA_HOME%\bin\javaw
