[flexcoders] RTE shown at MAX06

For anyone who went to MAX06,
 
One of the keynotes featured a nifty rich text editor.  It wasn't the
Flex 2.0 offering, it was from a third party.  I seem recall to recall
"ubiquitous" in the either company name or the product.  But, I can't
find any reference to it.
 
Does any other MAX06 attendee remember?
