Yes, maybe it's a question of the order of the requests, or maybe you are running into race conditions of some kind. Try enabling throttling in ServiceCapture and set it to a low value (like 56k) to see if it makes the problem occur more frequently or less so. Maybe that will give you a hint as to what is going on.
