My goal this year is to get everyone a serious Flex job. It is the best way to spread Flex and it helps developers and companies succeed. I have only one to do item and that is to reach 1 Million developers. The key to reaching that goal is to align the economics of Flex consulting, jobs, and projects such that developers move to Flex because there are better opportunities and jobs. This is how C, VB, PowerBuilder, Java, .NET markets became successful and Flex needs to do the same. Every single company I visit asks me about how to find Flex developers and my answer is FlexJobs now.
