Using the VideoDisplay component, it seems that setting the volume property doesn't have any effect. For instance:
<mx:VideoDisplay id="video" volume="0"/> results in playing the video, but the sound is still there. I've also tried setting the volume to 0 just before playing, and even calling SoundMixer.stopAll(), but I can't seem to turn the sound off. Any ideas? Thanks, David
