Hello All, I am looking for an effect that I can apply to a loaded Image, which creates a "feathered" effect around the entire border of the image.
The technical term for this effect is called a "Gaussian Blur". It just creates a nice soft transition for the images border, to a Zero Alpha - having the faded portion of the border take on any color that resides just below it. Does anybody recall something like this? Or possibly a 3rd party component, that can create this effect? Thank you in advance for any information offered. Mike
