Scott, Don't you think you should make it clear in your emails that you work for Microsoft, as an evangelist with technologies that compete directly with Flash and Flex?
I know you mentioned it a couple of times, but you are emailing from a gmail account, and don't put your Microsoft affiliation in your sig.
