Thanks Paul, that worked.. I bet I had an old Cairngorm.swc in the library path. I did a search for "Cairngorm.swc" on my machine and put the larger of the files found into the frameworks folder. Muchos Gracias. It built fine minus the the warning about the flex-src/flex-src file.
Sine I've upgraded the JRE when I try to start the Tomcat server I'm getting "The specificed JRE installiation does not exist" have to do some searching for that. And thanks for the links!
