Why not? Is it 'cause your app runs from the file system within flexbuilder and the web host in production/test? If that's the case then move to Flex Builder 3 and set up your project with the right server-side bindings, then when you run/debug from FlexBuilder it will invoke it through the web server. Makes development mimic production better.
