Not sure what you mean. Alive PDF is not going to do anything for you server-side - it's an AS3 library to generate a PDF from within the Flash Player.
You can (like a bytearray or anything else) send the resulting PDF data to the server to save as a file if you want - and/or bounce it back to the client to be downloaded.
