But most reporting software seems to come at comparable prices anyway. If I were to use ILOG for our intranet at work, even though we'd have 600-800 users in the system at any time, it would still only be a one-time fee of $799. You're looking at the higher prices if you're going to reuse ILOG as a developer in third party applications, methinks.
