That is on my dev box.  It runs the SQL server and the CF server.

The production box the SQL server is on a separate box.  I just ran the same 
test on the production box and it is less then a second.  Of course it is a 
much faster CPU.

I bumped it up to 10,000 records and the production server is at 1 second now.  
The dev server is at 6seconds.
