I'm sorry, I'm out of troubleshooting steps for bindable events. When I've had problems in the past, making sure the class was an EventDispatcher and making sure the Bindable metadata tag has an event associated with it solved the problem. The only other suggestions I have for you are to trace the part of the code that actually dispatches the event and make sure it is dispatched, and to try putting ain individual bindable metadata tag for each variable that the propertyChange applies to.
