Matt, I tried doing it through external interface in the past - there were serious limitations including security and inability to operate on XDP level. So - for scripting to work for multipage UI we would need to generate multiple pages. Thinking of the ways to use this model for Flex applications - here are 3 questions on this approach: 1. Can I have in-process Flex application and access that one from "embeddable modules"? 2. Is there developers update to PDF specifications with complete syntax options for Flash content? 3. Printing of the flash content - do we get any type of synchronization to ensure flash is ready?
