Could you be specific about what you're doing?
 
Are you getting the Flex trunk from the
Subversion repo? Or are you downloading a prebuilt SDK? Are you on Windows,
Mac, or Linux?

Here is the site that has the same problem as i am http://d.hatena.

but it is in another language i tried running it thru Google translator but it
is not working. Anyhow i am getting this error
