For what it's worth, I hit the html wrapper and it took "forever" to load (sorry I didn't time it, just let it load while I did other tasks), but I did see the preloader updating.
I did not see the preloader when hitting the SWF, but it was very quick at that point. I closed IE7 and retried. Both the html and SWF loaded quickly this time. On the second attempt for the html wrapper, the preloader briefly appeared and then disappeared as the page was displayed. Obviously caching was a factor in the second attempt. When I hit the SWF directly, with or without #, it doesn't stream in (not sure why), the status bar (in IE) shows downloading progress. When it hit the html wrapper with the # I don't see the "loading..." screen. Makes me think that it isn't streaming the SWF if there's a #. That may be a known issue, not sure.
