[flexcomponents] Flex EULA FAQ for Component Developers

The Flex team and Adobe legal are putting together an FAQ to clarify EULA(Licensing) issues for component developers. The work is currently underway and I need your help…   Do you have outstanding questions about the EULA? Are there areas you want clarified in the EULA?   What to expect:   A Non-legalese (non-binding) version of major points of the EULA for developers making components. Goal – Understand the EULA without a lawyer. FAQ on areas of the EULA for developers making components. Goal – Answer your questions on the EULA. A sample EULA to distribute with components that depend on the Flex Framework. Goal - Add this to your component and your ready to go. Guide for creating EULA compliant components Goal – Make it easy to be EULA compliant. Example - Do not embed the unmodified Flex Framework into SWC components. Example - Include a compliant EULA for your custom component.   Legal/EULA issues are especially easy to misunderstand and are especially hard for Adobe to react to on short notice.
