Mike, There is a COMPC compiler option for preventing the Flex
Framework from embedding into a custom component SWC. The plan is to highlight
this feature for component developers wanting to compile SWC files. Again we will make sure these issues are transparent for

What to expect:
Legal/EULA issues are especially easy to
misunderstand and are especially hard for Adobe to react to on short notice. We
are working to make sure that the EULA is easy to understand and avoid any
