Also agreed. I'd rather hear about it and possibly be inspired by what they've done, rather than find a component only when I need it. I don't think there will be so many that it will become a traffic issue, and I also think that helping Flex component developers earn a living is a reasonable use of this community resource. I think Flex start page should point to some Adobe approved catalog. Additionally I would also argue that listing them "Amazon style" (ie with authors , editorial and users review ) would be beneficial.
