I'm glad you like it! The top control is the Rich Text Editor component, so all of it's functionality is included. You'll see a text field that has http:// in it, just put the link there after highlighting the text that you need to be a link. That simple!
And of course, if you need something added that the WYSIWYG editor doesn't do, you can add it in at the bottom. Just be aware that as soon as the top gets edited, it'll overwrite the bottom window with the changes. I've also been considering changing the name of the Remove tags button to Filter tags or something like that, since if you uncheck something and click it again, it'll add the tags back in.
