With that oronouncement made (thanks captain may you live long and prosper).

I have a few comments based on my inclusion in the remarks.

It is easy to see why I might be confused as a flex employee, stock holder,
etc. Nothing like that has ever been true. Gerald Eric and I have become as
close as brothers in many ways but up to now our relationship has been friends.
This was orofessionallu personally ethicly and morally the only way we could
do the amateur radio work because no conflict of interest could be even
perceived, much less exist because of a contract which they won independent of
me via competitive bid process against tough competition. This contract is
closed on the books and I am free to be their biggest cheerleader everywhere.

Thank goodness!

on the 2.4 kHz transmit spur elimination it has been automated and in psdr 2
base for months. rather than sitting back and seething why not ask a question.

We are busting our humps to meet personal and professional obligations.

Thank you all for your support and your constructive criticism!
