Alan, Not all -- the light in the FLEX-3000 power switch is still blue. (But it is a different type of switch.)
>From Tim's comments, it would appear that the switch to red on the FLEX-5000 was a permanent one. Presumably based on discussions with their supplier concerning future availability of the red vs. the blue switches.
