to power your 1500?  I would start by changing power supplies.

Cheap switching supplies are notorious for emitting this kind of

I figured I'd ask before starting to unplug everything as I have
all sorts
of possibilities in my lab.  I still hear it with a dummy load on
the
antenna of my 1500 but not as strong.
