I bet these are Microsoft mice with the MS utility installed..  We have had
some reports of MS mouse utility causing the roller not to work with
PowerSDR.    There is a defect turned in on that ,  but for now,  remove the
MS utility and I think that you will be ok.. But do let us  know.
