After you are logged in to the Support site, place your mouse cursor on the Bug Tracker option located in the top menu bar and select Add a Bug.
Select the proper items from the drop down boxes (radio product, product & operating system), enter the version number of the software you are using (2.0.16), enter what area in the code the bug relates to (diversity reception) and give the bug report a title.
