I sold my Flex-1500. Having wait an half year and still no working CW
radio. Yes the magic is in the software. But that software is Beta and
build on that sluggish M$ dot net. Was hoping to develop "better"
software for my flex-1500 on Linux but important parts of the source
code are closed source. I have no time for reverse engineering.
What is A QRP radio without CW mode? Yes it works a bit with CWX. But
that screen is so slow and bad design. It's flickering a lot. No fun.
For me CW is straight key or paddle. Not the keyboard. Keyboard is for
digimodes.
Have A FT-817ND now. Much better performer on CW :-) And a lot of magic
in such small box.
