Having just updated to 2.0.19 (and being 99.9% satisfied) I might make one
suggestion. My PC (one of Neils) has the original 1.18 software in addition to
just about every beta version issued along the way. There were certain "quirks"
that I was not confident enough to submit as bugs.

With the assistance of WO2X, I decided it was time do uninstall all version and
manually check the registry for any traces of Flex software. Since the new
version includes the Firewire driver and any necessary firmware updates, the
installation can't be made any easier.

Aside from the obvious improvements in 2.0.19, it seems to have eliminated a
few annoying burps and clicks. For anyone having problems, seriously consider
doing the same. I also took the time to take screen shots of each tab in the
SDR software. I combined them in Word and made a handy 5 page double-sided
reference book with which I can easily look up my previous settings after
purging the database.

Just a suggestion to Flex... would you consider creating a batch file that can
automatically delete any traces of previous versions? Think of it as a
sterilization program to start fresh!
