no, just for HF mixed mode contesting..like Radio Sport...or Field Day... would 
be nice to see the whole band open and close...or watch for openings... I'm not 
a vhf / uhf  guy....yet...

I notice N2ADR has one now. and HPSDR "Hermes" is supposed to finally come 
out... phil covington's QS-1r is supposed to get a transmitter 'any time now'...
