Yes, you are expecting too much. Maybe if you are the CEO, or on the Board of Directors, then you should expect this information from your staff.
A competitive company will not make public such a roadmap of their future plans. I'm doubt you expect this from Icom, Kenwood, Yaesu, Ten Tec, Toyota, GM, Ford, Apple, Not even Flex. Flex has been very open on their plans, but their are limits. Just because buy a company's product does not give you a right to that companies propriatory business plan information. I don't know if DI is still in the works or not, frankly I doubt it. But who knows? Hopefully upgrades will continue to the current PowerSDR. But a roadmap of the future is not expected. Also, if changes to the product roadmap are made, I'd like to see a clear communication well in advance and with some background given. Am I expecting too much? Yes, maybe. Still, IMHO, that's what's causing problems for FRS. 73, Frank > _______________________________________________ Flexedge mailing list [email protected] http://mail.flex-radio.biz/mailman/listinfo/flexedge_flex-radio.biz This is the FlexRadio Systems e-mail Reflector called FlexEdge.
