You may well disagree - but you are probably driving your amp with just a few watts
and never need to see the finals temp on the F3k
I believe that there are many who operate the F3k that do not use an amp but rely on max output - within the capabilities of the F3k - and their antenna system and
NOT brute force for contacts

In the present display the colour change from GREEN to YELLOW to RED (depending on temp) does not occur as described in the manual Ver 1.18.0 - it just retains the normal background colour (white) and with a few F3k owners that I have checked they see no colour change either

The way in which the box operates when placed on the PwrSdr screen is not good in that if you select another box from PSDR it will go to the back - then you have to go find it again
I really think that it needs a complete overhaul in the way it is displayed
Hopefully by just displaying Temp permanently on the screen along with the changing colours

I disagree that Voltage/Temp display is mandatory in PSDR- I use an amp so the Flex loafs, and I use DDutil to control my station. You can turn it on, and I can leave it off. However, I do hope for "persistent mini windows" so that we have the option to specify that a mini window will be open (or not) in the same position that I last saved it. I don't open Volt/Temp, but I do open ESC, Antenna, Mixer, EQ, and a few others every time I open PSDR. Opening and positioning all the mini windows has become part of my start up routine that I'd rather not have to do everytime I start.

Subject: [FlexEdge] Voltage/Temp Display

Surely it would be fairly easy to implement that?
After all, it is available on most of the "real" radios.....
I was hoping for it to be there in the last release, since it was
mentioned/requested by a few people a long time ago. Not everyone needs or
wants to run DDUTIL, so having it as part of PSDR is much preferable.
