Any experiences good/bad with any of the 2 or 4 port USB<>serial widgets. Likewise for parallel (although I confess I've never seen any of those with multiple outputs, but never hurts to ask)
The only USB/parallel widgets I've seen are USB/printer interfaces. When attached, the PC (at least when using Windoze) sees a printer device, *not* a parallel port.
I did locate and purchase a PC card -> dual parallel interface a few weeks ago. It does not work in any of my laptop computers. The driver isn't recognized, and won't uninstall so it can't be re-installed!!!! Avoid the Koutech CBP220!
