I was able to resolve my problem by: 1.) Deleting the database and allowing PowerSDR to create a new one. 2.) Run the Freq. Calibration, RX Image Rejection (from a freq. Generator) and Level Calibration 3.) Run the PA Gain calibration.
Go figure?
