Try lowering the MIC  Gain Setting on the front panel GUI in steps (say 5 or
7 at a time) and test after each increment. See if the echo goes away at
some point . If it does vanish at some point see if that setting has enough
punch to drive the MIC meter to 0 db.

If not, again, I suggest a $35 UB502 or a $50 UB802 to provide a noise free,
well isolated,  pre amp for that mic w/ EQ with your new lowered SDR- Gain
Setting.
