John,

The README file is located at:
http://www.hamsdr.com/dnld.aspx?id=387
DO get this file and read it carefully for instructions on how to
properly install the console code.

The zip file of Jeff's version of the console is at:
http://www.hamsdr.com/dnld.aspx?id=386

To otherwise locate them on the site, on the menu bar at the top of the
page, let your mousepointer hover over the "Downloads" menu option,
then select "Public Download Directory" from the drop-down menu that
appears. Once you're on the download page (titled "Public Download
Directory") you'll see two dropdown lists at the top of the page. Click
on the one labeled: "Filter by Folder" and select the very last category
in the list which will be "WA6AHL SDR1K Console" (Jeff's previous
callsign). After the page redraws, you'll see the two files at the top
of the page.
