Yes you do have to buy it. Never ever use the demo version of VAC with PowerSDR. N8VB has stopped working on his serial port emulator & the configuration tool did not work properly under Vista the last time I tried it. However, Steve Nance, K5FR, has written a new virtual serial port manager based on the Eltima serial driver. I have been beta testing it for about a month with no problems.
