Carl,
The bridge in the 5K is calibrated with the ATU physically out of the
circuit.. There is some effect of the ATU physically connected at 6.
Make sure that you dummy load is good (good 50 ohm load ) at six
meters.. Some watt meters and antennas loads will not indicate
reliably on 6 meters.

What should be the power out on 6m? I have always got about 36 watts
out max on 6 and another friend with a 3000 also get about the same.

Subject: [Flexradio] no power out 6 m zero watts
This happened when I updated SVN PB-Pal , My power on the HF bands
went to 150 watts . I did the Ctrl Shift F to calibrate the power,
all calibrated fine until it got to 6m . At that point PSDR would
stop and shut down.
Reading the mail on the reflector, I read were all calibrating
need's to be done using the official release. Today I installed
Drivers,Firmware and PSDR from the Flex web page (front page) Doing
the power calibrate, all HF bands did fine, This time when it got to
6m, it did not shut down PSDR ... It just sat there and did nothing,
I could see a wave form in the filter bandwidth and the Mox tab was
highlighted . I Gave it may be 5 minutes before clicking X and stop
on PSDR
I tried this with 2 different OS, windows XP home and Windows 7 32
bit. their was no change with either,
So were did my 100 watts go on 6m ?
Yes I was in 96k and 1024
Yes I used a dummy load on port one
yes it was a new data base
Radio Flex 5000a
Thanks for any help , Ed
