Is anyone else having troubles with K9DUR Voice Keyer

I install the directx requirements, and the dot net requirements, however on
startup its just a plethora of errors.
Ive tried on windows XP SP3 (32bit) ive tried on Windows 7 x64, ive even
asked another HAM friend to try on Vista x32 - We are all getting the same
thing..
I would LOVE this program to work, I just cant get it to play ball...
