Matt and others, I have read all in the thread, my one addition is that I noticed that you are running VAC 4.10. There were and has been timing and buffering issues that degrade over time with the 4.10 version.. You might want to try the 4.09 version instead, and you will need the signed version for the 64 bit OS.. As Tim had said, you need to make sure the Windows default settings for Virtual line 1 and 2 are set to 48K, otherwise there might be some up conversions causing issues...
