only sites I found that pass a McAfee Site Advisor test only will download
4.10. A couple claim to have the earlier version but then download 4.10.
Have to admit some of the sites I found look pretty shady.

Start at the beginning with the overview which explains why you need
virtual
serial ports and VAC. Then do the VSP and VAC setup. Once you have done
those, the rest of the programs a pieces of cake. I prefer fldigi myself.
