I occasionally use the recording feature on my Flex-3000 running PSDR 2.6.4 on Windows 7 Home Premium to record nets and short wave broadcasts using the "post processing" settings. There are times when I would like to have recorded something overnight but can't be present to initiate the record feature or turn it off afterwards.
Has anyone used an application macro builder/player with an "event trigger" such as a pre-determined time driven by the system clock, to initiate the recording and then stop the recording with out the need to be present. It would need to be inexpensive. I know of a product known as Auto Mate 9, but it is very expensive and I am not sure that would even do what I am looking to do. Your ideas will be greatly appreciated.
